Julia and Armando are in there 30s. He has kidnapped her and now they walk by foot the Patagonia (Argentina) feeding themselves from animals, sleeping outdoors, holding the thirst. Slowly, this captivity has been transformed into a survival test. This unexpected and intense lifestyle might not be worse than her life as a casino waitress.


Ulises Rosell co directed with Andrés Tambornino and Rodrigo Moreno “El Descanso” (2001) which won Best Argentinean Film in BAFICI. He also directed “Bonanza” (2003) which won Best Documentary in Mannheim – Heidelberg International Film Festival and the 3rd. Prize in La Habana Film Festival; his second fiction was “Sofacama” (2006) ; his most recent film is “El Etnografo” (2012) which received a Jury Mention in La Havana Film Festival and a Prize for Best Documentary in Biarritz. He has been selected for Cannes Cinéfondation Résidence, Festival de Amiens and The Rockefeller Foundation.
